The following workshop is open to UC faculty and graduate students, space permitting. For more information, please contact ropes2011@gmail.com Charles Bernstein and Kenneth Goldsmith will discuss the poetics underlying their work with Ubu and PennSound, the relation of art-making to archiving, and the more general topic of the presentation/reproduction/creation/reading of poetry and art in rapidly changing digital environments. Participants will learn techniques for developing an online archive and become acquainted with varying digital environments suitable to the task of archiving. |
