The battle of the sexes reaches new levels of absurdity in this surrealist two act opéra bouffe by Francis Poulenc, based on the play of the same title by Guillaume Apollinaire and set in the imaginary town called Zanzibar. Presented semi-staged as a part of CCM's Fête Française festival.
